This policy explains how Mobilect (“Mobilect”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit mobilectapps.com.tr (the “Website”). It also serves as our information notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and Articles 13–14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
Scope: website and mobile apps
This policy covers the Website only. Each of our mobile apps has its own privacy policy, which is linked from that app’s page on this Website and from its Google Play listing. Please read the relevant app policy to learn how an app handles your data.

What we collect, why, and on what legal basis
The Website is a static site. There are no user accounts, no registration, no advertising and no sale of data. We process personal data in only two situations.
Server logs
When you load a page, our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the requested URL, referring page, and date and time of the request.
- Purpose: delivering the Website, keeping it secure, preventing abuse and diagnosing technical problems.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Retention: logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period under its own retention rules. We do not use them to identify or profile individual visitors.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, subject and message. The form is processed through Netlify Forms. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
- Purpose: reading and answering your inquiry.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
- Retention: we keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case of further questions (generally no longer than 12 months), unless a longer period is required by law or to handle a dispute. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Please do not include sensitive information (health, religion, ID numbers and similar) in your message.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies or similar trackers on the Website, and we show no ads on it. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with:
- Netlify, Inc. (hosting, content delivery and form processing), acting as our data processor.
- Public authorities, when we are legally required to disclose information.
International transfers
Netlify is based in the United States and may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses and Netlify’s data processing terms, or, under KVKK, on the mechanisms permitted by Article 9 of the Law. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
Security
We use HTTPS on the entire Website and rely on the technical and organizational security measures of our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the data we hold and review our practices from time to time.
Children
The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Information about how our apps treat children is in each app’s own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Article 11)
As a data subject you may apply to us to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
- learn the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of this to third parties to whom it was transferred;
- request deletion or destruction of data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and notification of this to third parties;
- object to a result against you that arises from exclusively automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Under the GDPR
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to apply
Send your request to info@mobilectapps.com.tr with enough detail for us to identify you and your request. We may need to verify your identity. We reply as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Under KVKK you may also apply in writing or by other methods set out in the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or we do not reply in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, kvkk.gov.tr) within the periods stated in the Law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Website.
