These Terms of Use govern your use of the MagicVoice mobile app (the “App”) provided by Mobilect (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
About the App
MagicVoice is an entertainment app that lets you record your voice and transform it with sound effects. It is intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Privacy
The App needs no account. Recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. The App uses Google services for analytics, crash reporting and ads. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Sharing content
You can share audio you create with other apps. See Data Sharing. When you share, you are solely responsible for the content, and it must comply with the law and the rules of the platform or app you share it on.
Ads and rewarded content
The App is free. It displays ads through Google AdMob and lets you unlock some premium effects by watching a rewarded ad. No payment is required. Watching ads is optional, and we do not guarantee the availability of any particular ad or reward. Ad content is supplied by third parties; the advertisers are responsible for it.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the App or its effects to:
- impersonate another person, or mislead others about who you are, in order to deceive, defraud or harm;
- harass, threaten, insult, stalk or abuse anyone;
- commit fraud, including voice phishing or other scams;
- record or share someone’s voice without a lawful basis or the consent that the law requires;
- create or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the App, or bypass ad or reward mechanisms, except where the law allows this;
- use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The App, including its sound effects, filters, brand, design and code, belongs to Mobilect or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, sell, distribute or exploit any part of it without our written permission. The recordings you make from your own voice remain yours.
Age
The App is listed as suitable for all ages. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise children’s use.
Changes to the App and these terms
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these terms; the date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to offer a smooth experience, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the App or from content you create or share with it, or from misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection where it applies to you, are reserved. Nothing in these terms limits them.
Termination
There are no accounts to close. You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may restrict access to the App if you seriously breach these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App.
